 Hull and mechanics in perfect condition. Requires minor deck repair in spots. Still very useable as it is. New opening ports x 4. 12/110 volt Refrigerator new. Dodger frame will require new cover. Kingston dinghy Davits New.  Fibreglass propane container with 2 aluminum tanks New. New interior lights, white and red. New whale bilge pump. Two danforth anchors with 50 feet of chain and 200 feet of rode.  Autohelm New. New prop. New cockpit and interior cushions.

 The last three winters and two summers the boat has been stored inside as I have started a new business and find myself with no time to enjoy the boat anymore.  I lived on this boat for three summers and upgraded the mechanics and electronics at that time.  Boat sails extremely well and can be used as it is or you could outfit with little outlay for extended cruising.  All equipment on this boat except for the engine has been purchased new from Pride Marine in Kingston. Engine purchased new from Williams Marine.

 I will list this boat for 60 days at which time if not sold I will remove all useable gear and sell individually.
