.  1. The Keel has been stripped to the bare steel and resealed with several coats of West Epoxy system. In addition, the keel was finished with Interpretec 2000  
2.  the hull has been has also been sealed with interpretec 2000.  
3.  New forward bulkheads have been cut to fit but not yet installed.  
4.  A new cabin floor of plywood has been cut but not installed.  All of the items listed in my add are still included with the boat.  
5  The tandem axle steel trailer is not included with the price of the boat but is also for sale separately.
